In November 2024 I had the pleasure to collaborate with artist Kalia Pissarro on four pieces for the exposition called “Bridges”.
My task was to add the led lighting modules and effects to the physical pieces. After digitalizing and creating a 3D version for each one, I designed the led diffusers testing the optimal distance for a good homogeneous back lighting effect. The project had numerous challenges but deadlines were met and the result was well received by the public.

Using Kalia’s words to describe the collection:

“In a world never more divided, her series ‘Bridges’ attempts to visualize unity and connection across the boundaries of difference.
Her exploration of shapes is a visual embodiment of the philosophy of tantra and the harmony between the masculine and feminine energies, each with their role and each full of potential.
These attempt to act as symbol of balance and harmony and she hopes you will receive them as such.”

The four lighting pieces were exhibited at:

• The Arteria Art Gallery in Barcelona 
• The ESPRONCEDA Institute of Art & Culture  (Collaboration Station) in Barcelona
